Services include personal support (bathing, meal preparation, companionship) and professional nursing care (assessments, medication management, and care planning). PSW (Personal Support Worker)
Services include but are not limited to assistance with:
- Bathing
- Pericare
- Dressing
- Laundry
- Meal Preparation
- Grocery shopping
- Housekeeping / Cleaning
- Medication Reminders
- Escort to Appointments
- Physical Therapy Exercises
- Cognitive therapy / Dementia care
- Companionship
Nursing Services Include:
Services include but are not limited to assistance with:
- Patient assessment
- Care planning
- Wound care
- Palliative care coordination
- Patient education
- Medication management
- Vital signs monitoring
- Liaising with doctors and hospitals
- Catheter care
